Our "Szukacz" search engine currently finds only about 20 entries with English subtitles. It is so because the database was lost when FilmyPolskie888 were deleted.
I have just tested it and it does find them. At first I thought perhaps using quotation marks somehow cripples the search results, but it is not so - it works whether you search for "(ENG)" or (ENG). I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you.

Anyways, dedicated English page is certainly coming in the future, but it is not priority hence at this moment I can't tell you any approximate date, sorry.
